Unit 2 is on two floors of 4000sqft each, formally used as show rooms, offices and some storage, the majority is carpeted but has been used for light manufacturing and assembly. The unit has access from Yard A via a loading bay with roller shutter door and via an double door from its own loading/parking area on Ashbrow Road.

The second floor is accessed via a staircase.
